Our email filters work by analyzing for specific keyword attributes of emails, such as the sender, subject, keywords within the body, and other metadata.
How is InMoat different than Gmail Categories and Outlook's Focused Inbox?
InMoat filters are more granular, and are built on common priorities. For example, you can split payment emails by receipts, refunds, or overdue payments. With InMoat, you also have control over what's important to you.
How are InMoat email filters created?
Our email filters were designed in-house by a team of email management experts and advanced query specialists.
Does InMoat filter emails in other languages?
InMoat filters were created for English only. It can not detect keywords in other languages.
Does InMoat detect SPAM?
No - InMoat is not a spam filter. We do not detect phishing attacks or other malicious emails.
